The line "Designation(s)" of the certificate: process, product type (P plate, T pipe), weld type (BW, FW), filler group and type, s deposited thickness, t material thickness, D outside diameter, position and weld details. What the line does not give is set in the fields below.

Read the welder qualification certificate (EN ISO 9606-1) in the attached photo, scan or PDF. Return only the designation line of the test, exactly as written, for example: ISO 9606-1 135 P FW FM1 S t10 PB ml. If the certificate has more than one designation, return the first one. If a character is unclear, write ? in its place. Never guess. Do not return the name, date of birth, photo description or any other personal data of the welder. Answer with the designation line, no comments.
