Read the dry film thickness readings in the attached photo, scan or PDF (gauge printout or report). Return the single readings in µm, separated by semicolons, in the order of the document. Rules: copy every value exactly as written, with its decimal mark; do not round, convert or calculate anything. If a value is unclear, crossed out or hidden, write ? in its place. Never guess a value. Leave a cell empty if the document has no value for it, and leave out a column that would be empty in every row. Leave out names of people and any other personal data. Answer with the rows as plain text: one row per line, columns separated by semicolons (;), no table formatting, no comments.
